This charming farmhouse has been built in 1636 and rebuilt in 1987*. It was certainly the very first house in the Kerpunce village which lands are irrigated by the river of Crac’h.

The gîte is ideally located in the middle of Quiberon’s bay, in the port of la Trinité sur Mer. It is just a stone throw away from the Morbihan’s gulf and near the place where the famous navigator Eric Tabarly’s Pen Duick II has been built.
